Hi
I'm new to oscommerce. I'm trying to find out if I can add my Google Analytics code to a template as I don't have to add it to every page. Thus far I have had no luck. Do I need to download a particular module?
Kind regards
Miles

Forversion 2.3.1: In your admin, go to modules>headertags and install the google analytics module, you just need to enter your tracking code

I'm using a 2003 version. Can anyone tell me how to do the same - my module menu doesn't have a header tag option.

If you are not using 2.3.1 go to goole, sign up for analytics and you will find a bit of code that google says to insert into the page. Insert this code into either the header or footer page. It will then be available on every oscommerce page.
REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
I am not a coder. OSC has a steep learning curve, but in general the program does work. If it doesnt work, the chances are it is something you have done.
