look around in the add-ons section there are some mods there you can use

sorry i forgot to tell im looking for v2.3
yep i saw them but they are for styling.
im not looking for style i want to load all menu and submenu items on fist load not by clicking them.
like this addon but this is for v2.2

any 2.2 add-on can be made to work with 2.3.1

Why not have a look at the modular front page addon for 2,3,1
REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
I am not a coder. OSC has a steep learning curve, but in general the program does work. If it doesnt work, the chances are it is something you have done.
