Hi All
I hope somebody can help, my Sagepay on my website was working absolutely fine I have made no changes, now all of a sudden I have been informed by a customer they cannot purchase any thing a javascript window comes up with 0 in it nothing else,
this happens at the checkout_payment.php screen, when a list of the ways to pay come up, just before confirmation, please could anybody advise or help, as an example please take any product and try it my website is www.applianceplaza.com, i have included an attachment of a picture of the error message
