Currently all the products appear in alphabetical order when you visit any category with products in them. But since some of the products are basically the same thing, just numbered (like all t-shirts, and only named by there model A-02, A-12), we can expect the customers will see the same products when they browse to the categories. That'd reduce the visibility of other products.

So can we sort by latest first?

The solution linked by Hotclutch works, but on the long term the addon solution is better. But the addon page says it's for 2.2 - will it work with osC 2.3.1?
