Using online gift card contribution and doing a dry run of a test purchase with redemption of the gift card.
Purchasing the card goes smoothly. Redeeming the card does not: in all cases, during the checkout process the calculations appear as they should. However, when the emails are sent out to the customer and generated in the admin, the following happens:
-- if a gift card is partially redeemed, everything appears as it should in the checkout process, the emails, and the admin order lookup window.
-- if a gift card is redeemed for the entire amount, it appears correctly during the checkout process, but in both the emails and the admin order lookup window it is calculated as if the gift card was never used at all.
Any help would be appreciated.
