Hello, hope someone can help me here...Im so new to this, once I installed the spanish language on the latest version 2.3 when I try to go into the admin it just gives me this error.

Looks like you didn't upload the admin/includes/languages/espanol.php file.
If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
