Need a suggestion for Shipping Module

What I am looking to find is a module that can help accomplish the following.

We ship fishing equipment

we want to do Flat rate shipping and put in up to 65 lbs in a box. But there will be some items that would need to have a different flat rate such as Rods which would be a much higer flat rate per item.

Any suggestions

Vince,

I suggest Individual product shipping so you can assign a flat rate shipping fee per item.

Hi, I'm using oscommerce v2.3.1, I need to charge different cost based on total order weight.
Which shipping module could I use?
