I have never seen an add on like that one in the add on area. It would most certainly have to be a custom coded add on for osCommerce.

I did see a tee shirt designing osc web site that allowed you to D&D images onto the tee shirt but nothing as sophisticated as this.
I would love to see the finished product when you get it finished.
