I work for TeleSign and have OsCommerce customers interested in using our global telephone verification service. I wanted to see if anyone has developed a module that integrates with our (2) SOAP APIs to pass phone, pin code, country parameters.

I would be interested in an outside party who has development expertise who could provide the approximate cost of developing a module. Any recommendations of a company I could contact would be greatly appreciated as well!
