What do you want it to do, that is not already standard in osc.
REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
I am not a coder. OSC has a steep learning curve, but in general the program does work. If it doesnt work, the chances are it is something you have done.

Hello,
Yes, look at a product call ShipWorks (www.shipworks.com). We use it for both handling OSC and Ebay orders. You can do all of your work from the desktop. Really awesome software, if you do any type of volume it will save time. You can view all orders, print invoices, shipping tags, and it then will update the site with tracking info, plus send your customer the tracking.
