cannot open few links such as login and create account, checkout and my account.

login create account checkout my account secure connection failed

Hi,

I'm very new to this !recently installed os commerce but can't open few links such as login and create account, checkout and my account.

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to eplanetkit.com.

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

Could some one help ?

Venky,

That error message is commonly caused by your domain name A record not pointing to your SSL IP address. Check with your registrar to ensure you have your domain name pointed to the correct IP address.

Install a SSL certificate or disable SSL in the config file.
If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

Hi im new too to this, can tell me a step by step how do I make the domain point to the right place, and how to make the confing file except SSL
