Hello...

Im new to this forum, so be gentle.

I was wondering if anyone had any information regarding the big G and their ecommerce analytical tracking.

Here's why I ask....

I have the code installed and all is working well for the analytics side.

But the ecommerce tracking has hit a snag.

You see...

When someone comes to the site and purchases 3 blue widgets, it only tracks it as one transaction and one sale for 79.99. Instead of what I would like to see which is 3 sales at 239.97.

Thanks for anyone who can help me.

And hope to see everyone around the forum.

Thanks for responding Jason....

I am also in Michigan.

We are using an older oscommerce platform.

What I want to do is track sales from Pay Pay into Google Ecommerce

Here is what I noticed on our website code.....pm2checkout.php,v 1.19

Now here's the catch.

Shoppers on our website never see pay pal, we just use it to take credit cards payments.

The add items to shopping cart and make the purchase without ever leaving our site.

In ecommerce we have the paypal php files like:

paypal_ipn.php

I am trying to configure how pay pal is sending the purchase amount back to analytics so I can track it and then build a dynamics page to pull the value of the shopping cart.

Detroit suburbs (western suburbs) here. Anyway, http://forums.oscommerce.com/topic/265617-paypal-ipn-and-google-analytics/ .... maybe that will shed some light on any issues you're having.
