I am trying to install a different payment module, but when I go to the modules menu item in the admin area and click on payment there is no edit window where I can install or remove any of the modules. I have no idea were it went, and I have looked through the code to see where it comes up, but can not find it. Something has changed and I have no idea what.

Can someone tell me where in the code the edit window is shown so I can figure out why it is not being displayed? Thanks for your help in advance.
