Putting all pending orders into one page for print

Hello, Is there an add-on or a way to put all my order data, especially pending, (Name, address, ITEM NUMBERS etc into a page or data base? I need to send these orders to a sales rep for pricing and availability. The customer admin module doesn't have this. I don't want to have to open each order 1 at a time and copy it. Thanks in advance. Cal
