Hello friends please help me. my problem is in a product purchase time product price is $45, shipping cost $50 and cash on delivery cost $8.50

Total price $45 + $50 + $8.50

if product price is $55

total price is $55 + $50 + $0(no cash on delivery cost)

In above if product price is above $50 their is no cash on delivery price, price is below $50 add $8.50 with price

how to add cash on delivery price for a price limit, please help me
