On the last web page of install the instructions for install tell me to rename the admin directory but when you do this OSC does not like it. I presume there is a file that needs altering that it doesn't tell you about.
Thanks, Paul

When you say "it does not like it" exactly what do you mean?
Is there any error printed to the screen, or other indication of something going wrong?
On the install script there is nothing that you are not told that you need do.

If you alter the admin folder name you must alter the admin config file as well.
If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

I just did a new install on godaddy and can't login to admin either. There is no error message the page just go to some google default page. I eventually changed the admin folder and edited the config file to match but still no login page.
I have done installs before on other hosting sites with no problem.
