UK and Europe price based shipping

Hi, does anybody know of an add-in that will allow me to just have 2 prices (UK Standard & Europe Standard) based on the cart total. I have downloaded the extra table rate module but am at a loss as to how to put in a shipping zone. This must all be really simple but I am lost. Regards, Graham

Shop admin >> Modules >> Shipping >> highlight the module you want to install and click on Install.

Now edit it and set the configuration values as required
