Installed USPS shipping module and can't edit

I have installed the usps shipping module and when I click on install it shows all of the new options available but when I choose edit all of the options disappear and there is no place for me to enter in any information. Can somebody please help. thanks

I updated to the USPS methods and installed it but now, also, cannot go in and EDIT ANY of the SHIPPING options. ??? Anyone, help?? We really need to be able to edit this file....very important!
