As already pointed out, this is a standard function of osc. Paypal will also send an email confirming a payment.
REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
I am not a coder, so dont bother sending PMs asking for help as you wont get any.
OSC has a steep learning curve, but in general the program does work. If it doesnt work, the chances are it is something you have done.

Hi
can you tell me where the function is
i need to send an email to the customer once he checks the Paypal option before going to the Paypal site
i agree with you guys that Paypal sends and email after the payment is confirmed but i need to send an email before the users goes to Paypal site
