i have no clue how to install a new theme i was going to install carbon but it say unzip and upload where am i uploading it to and how am i supposed to ftp my site???

You use an FTP client such as Filezilla or CuteFTP to access your server, then upload the new theme as instructed.

Hi!
I'm having problems to upload files, like .rar file templates and modules, on my website...
I use port 22 and the same user name and password as I use to my control panel on my website. Is that right?
It's like Filezilla gets connected but just a few minutes later it loses the connection and it doesn't work to move the files from the left column to the right column... Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
