I have my store setup with various shipping options and tax is collected based on the buyer's address. Here's the problem. I would like to add the store pickup option, as I will be selling items temporarily at an event. With this, I also need to force a specific tax rate based on this event location. I still want to collect the user's billing address, but have tax based on the state I am selling in.

Anyone? Please help?

Many thanks!

USUALLY, tax is based on your state/province. If your customer is picking up the item at your brick and mortar store, then the tax would be according to your store location NOT the customer address.

You're correct, but this is a temporary storefront for a week-long event in another state. Any thoughts?
