Hello everyone.
I just started to build an online store, with extremely little knowledge about these things, so, please bear with me.
My problem is as follows: after insralling Xampp on Windows XP, SP2, made new database for oscommerce, everything responds alright (admin side, catalog, etc), yet, when I open the site, there are no images whatsoever. No Logo, no banner, no nothing.
Text and links are alright.
I red all the forum regarding this issue, but I couldn't find any answer to my big big big problem.
When I click the place where the image is supposed to be, I get "The requested content cannot be loaded.
Please try again later."
When I right click an image and to open it in a new window, I get "The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script. Error 500."

Could anyone give me a hint, please?
