Pricing by group

I need to create four groups of customers. Each customer would belong to a group, and would be charged a percentage of the list price of every item accordingly. (Group A customers pay 10% less than list price, Group B 20% less, etc.) Anybody suggest the best way of doing this.

From what I can see, I need to add a specific price to every item in the store for each SPPC group. I need to be able to say that ALL items are charged 90% of list when purchased by group A, etc. and not edit every item.
