HLT
Ok this is probably completely unduplicatable but I figured I'd post it here anyways because it did indeed just happen. Trying to link a product from one category to another and upon refresh of page, the line item was completely blank. Lost my entire description, product name, price, etc. The record in the database still exists "31" but all fields are empty. O well. . www.hairlosstalk.com Consumer Hair Loss Information & Support
Ajeh
Refresh during data entry and php do not go well together. You are mixing up the defaults, the changes, etc. and resulting in unpredictable errors. While it may not be duplicateable unless under certain circumstances, the error is the result of the refresh triggering the wrong settings to the paramaters to the file you are in and storing mixed up results because of it. I have tripped similar errors on refreshes when testing programs. Solution: Don't refresh when doing data entry on databases ...

HLT
Maybe you misunderstood, or I misunderstood your response. I wasn't updating any records or adding anything to the database. I simply was linking a product to another category and when it refreshed the page to do it, the record went blank. This is a function of OSC. Nothing unique was happening at the time.
