Paypal Express unit price error after installing discount module

Hi

I've installed the discount code module (Discount Coupon KGT - http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/4269) and it all works fine when using the 'Cash on Delivery' option but when you try to pay with Paypal things go wrong.

It works fine until you order more than one of a single item, for example - when you try to buy 2 necklaces the 'Unit Price' shows the total cost of the 2 items minus the discount, however PayPal then multiplies this by the quantity. I have attached a screen print of the PayPal checkout screen for reference. (FYI the cost per item is £16, total cost should be £32 minus 10% = £28.80 (plus shipping).)

I have also edited the appropriate file as per the 'Paypal IPN send discount coupon amount to paypal kgt' post. Any help on this matter would be very much appreciated.
