Hello,

I was wondering if someone could kindly point me in the right direction for an add-on that would allow me to do the following;

Have one product listing, but have various options to add to basket.

e.g. Product: Party Hat
Single Unit £1
Pack of 5 £4
Pack of 10 £7.50

These options will be on all my products, however pricing will vary.

I hope that simply explains what I'm seeking, had a good look using the search facility to not much joy. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

...and yes, I have just noticed that it's one item, three price options!

You can use the products attributes to do this OR you can use Quantity Discounts

Thanks for your reply. I did look at product attributes, but concluded I'd have to set up a different rule for every product with varying price. Also I didn't like how it would look; using my first example again

Party Hat
Single hat £1
(Pack of 5 +£3)
(Pack of 10 +£6.50)

Have I misunderstood/misapplied it, or is this how it would appear.

Tom,

There would only be 2 attributes, the single hat would be the displayed price of 1.00, the pack of 5 would be +2.00 and the pack of 10 would be +5.50. If the pack of 10 is added to the cart the subtotal would be 6.50 (base price of 1.00 + attribute of 6.50.


Again, using the quantity discount contribution would display the price break table on each product, allowing the customer to then enter the quantity (1,5,10) into the field and would be charged per each accordingly.

There is also an add on that will show the actual attribute price somewhere that may help you.
