Hello,

I've spent some time in the forum reading but am just not clear on something.  I'm trying to set up the shipping so that 1-3 items cost X, 4-10 cost Y and 11-20 cost Z...  I set it up using the table rate and giving each item a weight of 1 thinking that would work.  So I put in "3:6.00,10:18.00,20:24.00,40:28.00,60:34.00,80:36.00,100:42.00" thinking it would charge $6.00 for up to 3, $18.00 for up to 10 but it isn't working like that.  If I order 1 item it charges $18.00 for shipping.  If i order 10 it charges $24.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
