Can i maybe use themes from wordpress that is build in 960gs?
I have never use 960gs before, and i´m now going to set me in to it.

I've seen "themeroller" mentioned quite a few times. http://forums.oscommerce.com/topic/375038-new-template/page__p__1582175__hl__themeroller__fromsearch__1#entry1582175 That might be the easiest way to make substantial changes.

theme roller allows you to change colors (stylesheet stuff),
changing the layout is not done with themeroller, i guess you could pick something from a wordpress grid layout, but you'd need to deconstruct it to figure out how it lays out the page, and see how to transfer it to oscommerce template top files.
I'm kinda doing the same right now, though have not drastically changed the layout yet, just at the point that it all works again (after my upgrade from 2.2) and is (almost) properly aligned again.
