I just installed the new fedex and some of my customers are completing orders and they are being charged 0.00 for shipping I need to see if I can get this resolved

I'm actually having a similar issue.
When I enable the FedEx Web Services Add-On (v9.1), and configure it correctly (I assume) the only option returned by the module is "International Priority" @ $0.00 (no matter what is purchased).
I've currently only tested this on quotes to ship from Australia to New Zealand.
Has anyone had any similar issues? Is a $0.00 quote a symptom of a known problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
