We have recently got our site set up for the most part, and are setting up our backend software, Stone Edge Order Manager, to interface with osCommerce.
They have a module that costs $300, but it sends updated QOH values to the website when we sell a product via a different channel such as eBay or Amazon.
I have searched the forums and found many threads on this, but everyone says for the product to not be displayed, the QOH has to hit 0 by a customer ordering the product.
I have confirmed with Stone Edge that it only sends the updated QOH quantity to the store. It does use a custom PHP script that is included with the purchase. What I am wondering is if it will have the product become inactive when it hits 0 due to the item selling out via another sales channel. If anyone has any experience using Stone Edge with osCommerce that would be greatly appreciated.
If not, does anyone know of any contribution or modification to have the site NOT show any product with a quantity of 0?
