Over the last 2 weeks or so, I have these categories below appearing as my categories in my site every once in a while. When I refresh enough times, it eventually disappears and is replaced with my actual categories on my website www.nontando.com. Does anyone know where this is coming from and how can I permanently ensure that it does not reappear. Thanks, Gary

No. The site splavar DOT com is the originator of those categories, and they are also hosted by netfirms, though not on the same IP address as you - but they may be on the same server.

Thanks Burt - I just got off the phone with Netfirms. They tried to convince me that is was impossible that splavar.com categories could possibly be replacing my categories. they also said we are on different servers? I have never seen something like this before, so I am not exactly sure how it is possible.
Anyway, just to confirm I did the right thing, I went into osc/admin and set "use cache" from true to false? Is that it?
Thanks so much for your help, Gary
