Why can't I post my gspay scam experience here ?

I posted gspay scam a couple of days ago on oscommerce , but I can't find my post now. some one report paypal seized ,here:http://forums.oscommerce.com/topic/361360-paypal-beware-of-paypal-6000-usd-seized-by-paypal/ . I think I have right to talk about gspay fraud .

this is my post :

Help ,I was scammed by gspay for more than $40000, I know their office address in London ,I need someone who lives in London help me .

I am a Seller from China,I have 3 OSCOMMERCE websites . I used gspay as my third credit card processor, gspay scammed me , gspay dont return holdbacks ,which is more than $40000 , many sellers scammed by gspay.


I am wonder : did gspay pay money to get my post to be removed ?

if i am wrong ,please PM me . so I can edit my post .

If your previous post was deleted, the more than likely this post will be as well.

The moderators more than likely removed it because it is a conflict of interest OR it stated unverified claims against a corporation. It may not specifically state this rule in the forum policy but, forum policy is pretty fluid here.


Your complaint about gspay is better heard by a lawyer. I suggest you retain one and pursue them in civil court.

but someone also complains about paypal .

if I am wrong ,I can change the way which I complains about gspay scam .

yes, I need a lawyer. I am looking for a lawyer in London .

the address of gspay is fake ,the whois in godaddy is also fake ,I really dont know how to deal with scammers .

Your lawyer will be able to check gspay corporate file to determine their actual address and contact information.
