I am running V2.3 and want to add more boxes to the left or right, is there an easy install to add to my exsisting version

I have looked around but cant find any for this version

I done a search for boxes on http://addons.oscommerce.com/category?search=boxes&v=23

As i am a complete novice, I quess they are called boxes!

BTW i guess the boxes are called infoboxes
