Ive been operating my business for a few months now and the majority of my business is coming from overseas companies. Our product is 20" X 7" X 2" and is 1LB 1.5oz. It costs about $19.36 to ship to any international country outside of the U.S. via USPS. Recently, several companies are requesting bulk orders. I would like to ship 20 of our items in one box. The measurements would be 20" X 18" X 18" and total weight would be 25lbs. I'm quite lost when it comes to DHL or other 3rd party international shipping companies. These prices are through the roof. I'm selling our product for $30 a piece. How can companies like this justify our company paying for these types of shipping rates? My company would go out of business in a matter of weeks.
How does everyone deal with international shipping? Is there a way to work around this problem? Such a cheaper option for shipping bulk items such as this?

You will have to make some calls to shipping companies regarding rates. I know that with UPS and FEDEX as you expand and use services more, they often offer preferred customer rates. However, how you ship your products is completely something you will have to negotiate with the shipping companies.
