Is there a module out there that will allow advance search for customers on the customer.php page. I need it to search multiple fields of the customer database.

Basically I am looking for a better search function. We have 400k + customers and typing in just "Johnson" for instance brings a huge amount of customers. I want a form that we can type multiple fields to narrow down the search. Any ideas?

Well Im really just looking for a code tweak to the existing code not really a add on. Sorry for the confusion.
