So after 5yrs and many hundreds of hours coding oscommerce, I can finally sit back and enjoy my business.

It went from a side thing to a full time job with 5 employees. So now I need to hire a full time shipping manager and our shipping dept is whacked out. I can handle the quirks of our paypal, UPS, etc, but I want to make it automated so my employees are not on the PC, but packing orders

I want my employees to click a button on an order, the invoice prints out, the shipping label spits out, then the customers order is updated from processing to ship and the tracking number is applied to their order

Is this too much to ask of os-commerce?

Very good to hear of a business that's gone from nothing to having 5 employees. How much of that success do you attribute to osCommerce?

UPS QuantumView is a good choice. Used with the world ship, makes for a complete shipping system.
