Hey,
I think I have my site done. I welcome any opinions good or bad of the site. I used the default css simply because I found it very pleasing to the eye and it does not take away from the products. Good color choice os commerce team! I look foward to your comments

There's nothing to comment on really, default install with another logo in the header...

There are too many new products in the box...
The manufacturers' box is a bit pointless...
Same with currency and languages boxes which appear at checkout...
Where is the store owner based?
The shipping table would be easier to undestand as a table...
No condition or privacy statement
The 'Let's See What We Have Here' statement for the categories is so naf in the default shop...
BUT it works and as you state the default colours do not detract and they give a conservative business-like feel..
