Hi all
Just a quick one really. We are getting plenty of traffic to our site now bt there is very little volume of sales. Would you take a look and let me know what you think of the site, ease of navigation etc. All the usual feedback issues. Be honest and let me know how it can be tweaked to get sales from it.

The design looks fine. A few things though.
1. Check the catalog/includes/configure.php file.
The session id is not going away. Make sure the cookie domains and cookie pathe are set right.
2. Get SSL.
I would not register or checkout unless a site provides security.
3. Change the hover color of the breadcrumb and infobox links.
When the mouse hovers over them the color blends into the background color.
4. At the bottom of the footer there is a no image display.
If there is not an image why tell us?

1) According to Alexa you are not getting that much traffic:

2) Your site is accessible via
http://www.aseawards.co.uk/
http://www.aseawards.co.uk/index.php
and the canonical tag reads as <link rel="canonical" href="http://www.aseawards.co.uk//" >
Not sure what effect that double slash could have, but I would try to get it as http://www.aseawards.co.uk/
3) You could develop your website theme further so that it is consistent. At the moment you still have the stock oscommerce buttons and cartoon images.

Looks good. Best part is good use of screen width.
SEO urls are missing.
Multiple image per product recommended on product info page.
You might be interested in these products also.
As on times prophies are purchase din bulk so quantity price break contribution recommended.
