I have some questions about how to solve it with shipping for my online store in Sweden.

I order from a wholesaler in Holland, that´s adding 14 EUR (about 128 SEK) for each package PLUS 0.24 EUR (about 2 SEK) per extra kg.

How do I solve this easiest? What module is best suited?
(Posten DPD will handle the deliveries in Sweden.)

Are your customers individuals or companies?

I think most individuals will prefer some fixed weight intervals  or even better a fixed price - so maybe you should consider this?
What you are looking at here i think is a standard handling fee of 14 EUR, and on that comes the intervals calculation.

For intervals you should just setup your desied intervals for a given zone, i think this is in the standard osc package - is it not?

Our customers will be individuals.

Hi, there's a standard Osc-module "table rate" for this. You need to concatenate the table rate from DPD with your suppliers data.

Tip: Use excel.
