[rcotractor]

Hello,
I'm new and trying to learn how to use osCommerce. So far I have been able to change or delete what I want or don't want to keep. But when I go to what I think is the live page, the following errors show up.

Warning: Installation directory exists at: /hsphere/local/home/rcopeeps/rcotractor.com/catalog/install. Please remove this directory for security reasons.

Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /hsphere/local/home/rcopeeps/rcotractor.com/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

What exactly are these errors and how or where do I make the corrections for them. Thank you for your help!

Suggest you nuke this site now (before you do any more work on it), use oscommerce 2.3.1 instead.
