Ive just managed to do this so thought it would help any in the same position as me.

In osCommerce admin panel MODULES ---> PAYMENT ---> PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT ---> EDIT

In the edit column there are spaces for

API Username

API Password

API Signature


Log in to your Paypal account in a new browser window.

PROFILE ---> API ACCESS --->

Option 2 - Request API credentials to create your own API username and password.

When you are finished copy the required information into the sections in oscommerce admin panel.
