This may be a simple CSS solution, I am not sure..

we are plugging ahead with our own OSC3 templates, but we're having a small issue..

as you can see.. the images are often different sizes/ and the result is unwanted as depending on the size of the image.. it pushes the other tables down, making graphic elements un-aligned.. (as seen above)

here is the dreamweaver screenshot with our tables and rows and such..

now, is there not a simple solution to this ?

can we not constrain the image boxes (td's) to a fixed size so that its the image which gets scaled in order to fit ?
(without distorting the image***)

is there a better way of doing this ?

any ideas ?

(other than making sure all images, regardless of dimensions, are placed onto the same sized canvas in photoshop)

that may be a lot of work for someone running a webstore.. is there a "code" way to do this ?

if not.. I may be the one who does this for all our clients and their images..

which could generate some more coin I guess...

but still.. is there a better way ?

Did you get an answer to this one?

Most of my client photos are distorted when loaded and I dont know how to fix the problem or infact where to look to fix it. Would appreciate some help if you know.
