Im new here. I just got osCommerce from cPanel. Downloading and extracting ok, but I really stuck in uploading to my site. How can I do? Plzz help.

If you installed it from your cpanel you should be ready to go. However, before making changes to the cart I would suggest you check the version in application_top.php to ensure you have the current version (V2.2 RC2a)

I got my site from another host, and from its cPanel I have had osCom. If I'd like to use ocCom. benifits I have to upload all their files to my site. Now, if uploading file by file , it spends a lot of time( I did and always mess up 'cause it took so long) and if using FTP, it is just a blink, indeed. I dont know how to do with this process.

You could also use Easy Populate to import your products quicker instead of installing them one at a time.
