Hi Guys.

I need some help with a module. One of my clients have a strange request.
I need to add extra fields in admin and registration as follows.

1. Administrator must be able to add a company name and shipping address for the specified company.
2. Client will able to register with the normal fields, but the company name must be chosen as above. This company name must automatically be displayed at the checkout shipping page with the shipping address added by the administrator, thus the company name is linked with a shipping address. The client should not be able to change the shipping address added by admin.
My client only deliver to specific companies and I need to add this module as soon as possible.

3. Extra field in registration process for "pay-date" in java script calendar. This is linked to the checkout shipping displaying the delivery address and pay-date for the client.

I also need a few reports but will ask about that later on.

Is there someone that can assist me with the writing of this module? I know it is a strange request, but I need the help urgently.
