When my store is searched for in Google where can I enter the meta info for it to show up in the results ie

UrbanOutfitters.com
Online version of Urban Outfitters,
selling clothing, accessories, and apartment wares
for young women and men.

Instead of Google using random info for this

You need to install one of the meta tags contributions. I recommend Header Tags SEO.
