If your currently using MOM/mail order manager Id really appreciate your input.
My sites been up now for about 3 years, and its doing very well for us. The problem now, is that due to the volume of transactions we do daily, its hard to keep up and is very time consuming.
Heres our current work flow process
Print orders from oscommerce
Print payments from authorize.net and paypal
Write up orders into accounting software
Notify cusotmers through oscommerce of order pending
Notify customers through oscommerce of order shipment
According to MOM/Mail order Manager software developers, we can easily :
Import orders directly into MOM from Oscommerce
Then, customers are notified of order processing, and order shipment automatically.
This would save us a LOT of time if we can get it all working properly.
Has anyone had experience, or using MOM? Can you give me feedback on it? Thanks guys.

You are not alone! Most of the online retailers that I have spoken with- feel that once they reach 10-20 orders per day- doing a manual copying and paste process just becomes way too inefficient- not to mention that for each order you have data in your shopping cart, email, shipper account, etc. I have spoken to many online retailers and continue to do market research in this space. Would be happy to share results with you via email.

10-20 orders a day is nothing. We're way past that stage.
Im tempted to contact you Naruby, but your post sounds way too much like an advertisement. Are you an actual user of the MOM product, or are you a vendor pushing some product?
