Install Error: 500 internal server error

Hi there,

 

I bought the template from oscommerce, I uploaded to my server on godaddy.com and installed then I got this error:

500 Internal Server Error. I called godaddy they said that there is not thing wrong with the server. I know that this folder I uploaded on the other server and it worked fine. I did not changed anything on this folder. Please help. Thank you!

Here is what I find out, I have Hosting- Grid - linux. Is this make any different? If I remove .htaccess file then it works fine. If I put .htaccess back it cause "500 internal server error". So something in the .htaccess file causing the error. But my stupid head can never figure out what's wrong. Can someone help me take a look at my .htaccess file please. I really do appreciate your help, thank you! Here is my .htaccess file:
