Could any one give this site a look at, and give any usefull advice?
http://www.top-bands.co.uk
this site is more devoted to other things that you can introduce into php scripting rather than oscommerce addons or shopping related products although the shopping part of the site is something to be introduced soon

Useful advice: remove the "no right click" script.
It doesn't even slow down anyone seriously interested in stealing content.
It only stops legitimate customers from using it to shop on more than one page at a time.

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

Point Taken, could you recommend protecting content from being downloaded or saving images

You can make it "difficult" (to a degree) but not "impossible".
If you have images that "precious" either take them off or watermark them so they become undesirable for anyone else to use.
