Getting ready to launch and went to put in Authorize.net information and the Edit, Delete, etc. icons do not come up and all that is listed is Authorize.net, and all the other options are missing. Should I reinstall and start over?

Ensure your configure paths are correct.
Check to ensure the files are uploaded to catalog>includes>modules>payment

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. The files are in the correct folders. Where do I look for the paths to check them? Everything showed up correctly last week then they went away.
